Los ajustes para Inpaint son los siguientes: 

Resize mode: Just resize
Mask mode: Inpaint masked
Masked content: original 
Inpaint area: Only masked
Sampling method: Sampler de tu elección

Scale: 
La mayoría de los ampliadores de IA (Inteligencia artificial) tienen por defecto un aumento de 4 veces, así que 4 es una buena opción.
Yo uso 4x-UltraSharp, pero también funciona con LDSR, ESGRAN o un Upscalar similar. 
Establécelo en un valor más bajo, como 2, si no quieres que la imagen sea tan grande.

En este caso uso una scala de 2.8125 para obtener una altura de 2160px (ancho 1440px).

Sampling steps: 32 
Pero yo uso una 3090, si tarda demasiado vuelve a 10-20 que apenas hay diferencia.
Restore faces: falso
CFG: 10-12
Esto oscurece un poco la imagen y hace que los ojos sean más plásticos (más brillantes).
Denoise: 0.3 - 0.4 

Generate y juega con los ajustes hasta que encajen.
